We offer FREE SHIPPING (Front Door Drop-Off) to New York City and local New Jersey for Orders of $500 and over; and FREE SHIPPING (Front Door Drop-OFF) to NJ and PA (Philadelphia area); CT, upstate NY, MA, RI, northern DE, VA, MD (Washington DC area) for orders of $3000 and over.

Front Door Drop-Off

Includes delivery from our warehouse to your home. Assembly is not included.
Depending on the order size, delivery is done either by FedEx/UPS (for small items, ex. barstools) or by truck (for larger items).
Front Door Drop-Off is FREE for orders totaling 500$ or more, shipped to New York City or local New Jersey (50 miles from the store).
For orders of less than $500/$3000 or going outside of the above areas, please add the desired product to the Shopping Cart to see the shipping cost.

White Glove Service

Includes delivery and installation by professional delivery team.
Available on orders going to NY, NJ, CT, DE, FL, GA, MA, ME, VT, NH, MD, NC, PA, RI, SC, VA, OH, IN, IL, MI (southern part), WI, WV, TN, TX, LA, MS, KY (eastern part), Washington DC.

Unfortunately we are not able to provide White-Glove Service for states not listed above (Front Door Drop-Off can be selected).
If you have a special entrance, high floor, stairs, etc. PLEASE notify us about it in the Comments Section at Checkout.

In-Store Pickup

Orders can be picked up (Free of Charge) from our store during regular business hours (Assembly not included).

All shipments travel during normal business hours. To estimate when your order will arrive please use the chart below. The chart is provided for reference purpose only and is not always reflective of the actual shipping timeframe, as there are factors beyond our control, such as inclement weather or federal holidays, which may affect the arrival of your order.

After the furniture is delivered to you it requires assembly. If you opted for White Glove Service, we will professionally install and set it up. If you opted for Front Door Drop-Off, installation and set-up is your responsibility. In many cases assembling the furniture (such as sofas, chairs, bar stools, some dining chairs); in some cases you will just have to open the boxes and take out the furniture. But if you have to assemble furniture such as bedroom sets, wall units, wardrobes, curios, etc. please note that it might involve considerable time and you might want to ask a relative, friend or professional for help.

The furniture comes with instruction papers and you can easily see each step that must be followed. If you encounter difficulties while assembling the furniture, don’t hesitate to call us, we will gladly help you over the phone.

We do not take any responsibility of customer's inability to assemble received furniture or any damages resulting from incorrect assembly by the customer.

Our professional delivery personnel works only for “White Glove Service” deliveries. If you opted for “Front Door Drop-Off” please be ready to ask for external help to bring the furniture inside your home and assemble it. You can also call us to find out if we might be able to assist you with assembly (additional charges may apply), but there are cases in which we unfortunately won’t be able to find anybody to help you with assembly.

* We are not able to hang on the walls shelves, wall units, mirrors, as this type of service requires additional insurance. Your walls might have electrical wires which can be damaged by incorrect hanging. All items that need to be hanged on the wall will be assembled by our delivery personal and set to suitable place in your apartment (house).

We do not provide services we are not sure we are not able to provide you with! You might want to contact your building supervisor to hang the items on the wall (in most buildings supervisors have license to provide this type of service).

*Shipping on backordered and Special Order items can take up to 15 weeks.

  • We are trying our best to get you happy and satisfied with new furniture.
  • However, we cannot accept returns and cancelations. Upon delivery, carefully examine each piece of your furniture. If product is damaged or defective, customer must contact store prior to installer leaving the residence. Matter will be handled by the store manager.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • All mattresses are under warranty according to manufacturer's claims.
  • Transportation and replacement installation are not included to items replaced under warranty.
  • Z&M Furniture LLC is not responsible for furniture that is not able to fit into the entrance of the customer's home.
  • We are trying our best on delivery, however, the date & time is estimated are not guaranteed.
